For Sale
All adult goats tested CAE Negative on 3/26/2011 and 3/18/2011 thru BioTracking.
We have decided that we are no longer going to breed kinders or pygmies. Therefore we are offering the following for sale:
Pygmies:
1 NPGA registered pygmy buck - Dauer's Little Billy. $250.00
1 NPGA registered pygmy buck - Tara's Rowdy Kidz Hebrand Tool. $300.00
1 NPGA registered pygmy doe - No Creek Squiggles - $200.00
1 NPGA registered pygmy doe (registration pending) - No Creek Bonnie - $200.00
I am willing to sell the pygmies together as a group for $800.00. They are unrelated and would make a nice starter herd for someone who is looking to get into pygmies.
Nubians for sale:
We currently do not have any Nubians for sale. In the spring we will have Nubian wethers available for 4-H, and possibly a Nubian Milker and doelings.
Requirements for purchasing a goat from S-J Farms.
There is a non-refundable $25.00 deposit required to hold all kids. There is a non-refundable $50.00 deposit required to hold all adult goats. All goats come with a health record showing their vaccinations, test results (if old enough), copper boluses and wormings. If you are purchasing a registered goat, you will also be given the registration paperwork and necessary info/forms to transfer the goat into your name. If you require a health certificate to cross state lines, the cost is $25.00 per goat. All payments must be made in cash or via Paypal.
No single goats will be sold to a home or farm that does not have other goats already present. Goats are herd animals, meaning they need to be with other goats. A single goat can be quite unhappy on its own, which can result in obnoxious and possibly destructive behavior.
